The Keystone Subdivision was built in Sections. To find the covenants that are applicable to your piece of property and view a drawing of your lot do the following:

1. Click Address Listing link and find your address. At the address you will see the corresponding section that applies.

2. Click the Section Link that applies to your address

3. You may view this file or print it out for your records.

4. To view the recorded plat for your lot, go to www.evansvillegis.com and click on the Area Plan Commission map and search for your property address. Then click on the words "Subdivision Plat" in the pop up window.

If you have a question regarding restrictions please email Cindy Turner, Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Directors. She will get back with you in a reasonable amount of time to advise you. Remember, there are many covenants regarding construction so please GET APPROVAL prior to BEGINNING YOUR PROJECT
